  If you would like to download and view an informational packet, please click on the appropriate link below.  To complete your registration online, click on the appropriate registration button below "Registration Step 1".

Next, you need to download and print off the Combined Legal / Media / Medical Release Form below.  IMPORTANT: until we have this form - completed & signed by your parent - your registration is not complete and you can't join!  Your parent must complete and sign both pages of the form (if you are registering for Grad Staff and are 18 years of age or older, you must complete and sign the forms yourself).  Once the entire form is completed and signed, mail it in to the Teen Advisors,Inc. office at the address listed below:

Registration Step 3:

 

Early Bird Special Prices are as follows:
Teen Advisors-$129 | Velocity-$65 |Vets-$65 | Grad Staff-$75
The final step to complete your Registration is to pay your Activities Fee.  IMPORTANT: You are not registered and your spot is not reserved until we have received your Activities Fee in full!  You can send in your check, payable to "Teen Advisors" (put your student's name in the memo space), to Teen Advisors & Velocity, P.O. Box 5305, Columbus,GA 31906.
